In our country with many peculiarities, as we are used to, many of us overlook the laws and our Judiciary. Except those comes in News Papers or telecasts. Except the victims how many of you ever thought of ordeal people face when charged by false FIR under section 498A by your wife or daughter-in-laws or by POSCO ( child abuse) by your next door minor girl or boy of your neighbor!! Both are dreaded, first one being still better than the last. For married girls lodging FIR against all the members of in-laws family with entirely false allegations are so common and in everybody's knowledge, that it has become a nexus between Police, lawyers and judiciaries that annually it generates Rs35000 crores in India, as per some estimation. Even BBC covered this subject with great concern but our medias are as asleep and silent. So are our Politicians, even several High Courts and Supreme Court observed misuse of these laws in case of matrimonial disputes but and law ministry took no cogniza
